Description

• Users’ PCs daily support (applications installation, troubleshooting, disk space management, antivirus protection, printer settings, VPN setup etc)
• Callcenter users’ support (IP phone setup, headsets check and replacement etc)
• New hardware installation
• UPS check and replacement
• User IP and analogue phones installation and support
• Printers check and setup
• Submitting of broken equipment to suppliers
• Essential LAN setup, cable running, UTP patchcords crimping
• Periodical PCs maintenance and general IT environment checks in Phnom Penh and provinces
• Other relevant tasks assigned by head of IT infrastructure, CIO and CEO
• Business trips are possible.


Requirements

• Graduate in IT field with pass internship experiences
• Able to manage multi task and deadline
• High attention to details
• Self confident
• Good in English, both written and spoken
• Self-starter.
