New Business Development
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments. 

• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities

• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.

• Plan approaches and pitches by work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. 

Management and Research

• Identify need in market and opportunity to fill gap of customer need

• Research on pricing and product available in market to figure out opportunity of having new client 

• Use research analysis result to get maintain opportunity business grow and to get more client partnership. 


• Bachelor Degree/Master in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.

• Knowledge in Product development 

• At least 6 years, preferably with relevant experience in similar industry 

• Excellent negotiation skills 

• A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team 

• Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills 

• Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills 

• High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers through to decision makers
