  • Prepare vouchers and record accounting transactions in system;
  • Prepare journal entries, maintain and reconcile ledger accounts;
  • Calculate depreciation and disposal fixed asset;
  • Do adjustment the accounting transaction at the end of the month;
  • Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff;
  • Provide daily secretarial and administrative support
  • Record and update inventory list for office's property by labeling with correct code number
  • Control related expenditures and prepare expense report
  • Well manage accounting documents in file
  • Update all transactions into accounting system
  • Prepare data and document sending

Location: Oudongk Branch, Kampong Speu


  • Holding bachelor degree of accounting or finance or related field;
  • At least two years related working experience;
  • Has technical accounting skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills;
  • Be able to use computer program such as Accounting System, MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email;
  • Be Patience, honest, and trustworthy;
  • Be able to speak, read, and write English


Role and Responsibilities

  • Warming welcome to clients,
  • Disburse, Receive customers repayment and record in system,
  • Identify and separate currencies denomination,
  • Close daily operation and report to Accounting team
  • Respond or solve customer’s inquiries,
  • Other task assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Age 18 to 35 years old,
  • At least 1 or 2 years experience,
  • Education in field of banking, economic, marketing, business or related field,
