Description

• Issue Invoice, Issue daily and monthly customer payment statement in the system.
• Prepare collection sheets attached with customer payment statement for collection.
• Check and verify customer payment statement before submitting to customer and clear the customer payment statement from the system and excel after payment have been made.
• Verify and record tax invoice in the system and prepare list of tax invoice number for taxation department.
• Control-In & Out customer statement and list of customer brokerage requisition.
• Prepare monthly sale record.
• Report A/R to director every day.
• Key in daily and monthly Revenue transaction in Quick Books
• Prepare monthly documentation file (by serial customer in period)
• Prepare summary customer.

• Decision Making: Problem solving with others customer, vender and marketing with available facts with colleagues for improvement company
• Account payable control: Insure the accuracy, speed and efficiency of processing and monitoring account payable
• Communication and Interpersonal skills: Be able work well with outside people, make good negotiation and build relationship with customer, vender and colleagues.
