Documentation Center of Cambodia (DC-Cam) is a Cambodian Non-governmental Organization, founded in 1995, ensuring memory and justice in Cambodia with respect to the abuses of the infamous Democratic Kampuchea (DK). DC-Cam documents the history of DK and promotes accountability and the rule of law, holding the world’s largest body of information and educating Cambodian new generation and the world about the regime to prevent its reoccurrence.
